Brian Mattila is a Partner at Buiten & Associates, LLC. With 38+ years of insurance experience.  He joined the firm in 1985 and specializes in small to middle market commercial accounts.

Prior to becoming a part of the Buiten team, Brian worked for:  Continental Insurance; Crum & Forster Insurance; and Heritage Mutual (Acuity) Insurance Companies.  His roles included underwriting and marketing responsibilities.

Brian is a graduate of Ferris State College with a BA in Small Business Management and holds the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor.  He enjoys time with his wife Susan and their two daughters…along with six grandchildren.  Play time includes time spent on the golf course, vacations on the water and long rides in his Mini-Cooper convertible.
