Ryan joined Buiten & Associates as a sales executive in 2010 and became a partner in 2011. Prior to joining Buiten & Associates, LLC he was the Vice President of Group Benefits at West Michigan Business Group. Ryan has 15 years of insurance experience specializing in developing & implementing employee benefit solutions for small and middle market companies.

Ryan has served the insurance industry through a variety of boards and committees including Aetna, Agent Alliance (Blue Cross), Always Care & Cofinity. He is currently an active member of the West Michigan Association of Health Underwriters and also served on the board from 2007-2010.

Ryan is active in his church, currently serving as its board treasurer. Ryan enjoys time with his wife and 3 children as well as traveling, golfing and watching his beloved Detroit Lions & Tigers.
